"Saya benar2 merasa terzalimi reservasi di penginapan ini. Namanya sj syariah, tp benar2 kejam drpd penginapan biasa. Jelas2 di aplikasi harganya, tp pas check-In disuruh nambah yg tdk masuk akal, total per malam jadinya 200rb. Katanya mau keluar dr aplikasi OYO atau iklan di aplikasi online. Tp nyatanya kejadian ini sejak lama, dr thn 2023. Semoga berkah uang kalian dapatkan dr cara menipu. Harusnya kalian bikin kos2an drpd hotel. Air sangat kecil, kamar mandi setara kamar kos murah. Cuma...

"Disgusting!
Room was filthy. Sign said non-smoking but walls, vents and air-conditioner coated in nicotine. Smell of cigarettes overpowering and made us feel sick.
Dirty bed linen. Dust very thick. Faeces on toilet seat. Bathroom door rotten and filthy. Told there was no hot water and tv broken after arrival. No toilet paper, soap. No wifi working.
They had to remove dirty dishes out of our room.
Wallpaper ripped off wall.
We stayed one night and left for a better hotel.
Complained to staff...
