The towels were small and thin the light fixtures and TV were extremely outdated, but we were comfortable. The microwave worked, but the turntable inside didn’t match the microwave. "I would love to say I stayed there but the address to which I was directed was not the same hotel. The hotel where I ended up, also called Sleep Inn but not Sleep Inn & Suites did NOT have my reservation, did NOT have my Itinerary number and was full up. I was told that the hotel at which I made my reservation had gone out of business. I had to pivot and quickly find another hotel in a town where hotels were full - all this at 10:00 pm on a Friday night. Nightmare!"
