高級なホテルのようなスペシャルなサービスではありませんが、ビジネスホテルとしてはとても優秀だと思います。お部屋の環境も快適で、スタッフさんのホスピタリティーにも大変満足しました。お風呂やお部屋の鏡がとてもキレイに清掃されていたことに感動しました。お部屋で長時間過ごされる方には、まわりの音が気になるかもしれませんが、それも他のホテルさんと変わらない程度だと思いました。駅から近いのも嬉しいです。ありがとうございました。

福島の春は寒いです
広い部屋で､ゆったり過ごせました｡夜､大型連休中でしたが､寒くて…夜､震えました…部屋の利用説明書をよく読むと、クローゼットに暖房器具があるので､使用して下さいとあり､電気温風ヒーターを出して使用しました。とても温かく助かりました…が､友人は説明書を読まなかったので､重ね着して寝たそうです…説明書の文字がすごく小さかったので、フロントで説明があれば親切だと思います。
