"Staff nice , hotel showing its age but I think that’s everywhere in Japan . Boot room was in the basement which was a bit of a pain . The room we had do have a nice view to the mountains . The restaurant was actually nice even if it looked like a brightly lit sports bar"

"Good location…10 minute walk from Nagano Station. Helpful attentive staff. Very good breakfast buffet with a nice view of the city. Even without room service. Towels, coffee pods and toiletries were replenished via bag left on room door. My only “criticism”…they have done away with the large bottles ..."
