Great hotel, amazing location right in the station which is so accessible to all the main sites with great food options right there too. Spacious rooms with great amenities. Would stay again!

Lots of food options around. About 2 minutes walk from the nearest tram station. Staff is friendly, coin laundry available at a very cheap rate (¥300 for washing ¥100 for tumble dryer). Can't ask for more as I've only paid £32.60 for it via Expedia.

Great stay at grand prince - we were upgraded ( eventually ) to the big club rooms on 19th floor - amazing views and a recently refurbished rooms. Caution not all of the rooms have been. A little out of town but £15 in a cab to peace park . Went out to local restaurants -( Gutsuri An best on our trip ) Staff were great and handy for boat to Miwajima- just one major downside was the swimming pool area which not up to par for a hotel if it’s type - could make much more of it. Brilliant service. Fantastic location. They had everything you'd need. Comfortable mattress and pillow and 2 great nights sleep.

Clean, well organized with large rooms. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was well organized with plenty of options both hot and cold. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel surrounded by shopping and restaurants. This was my second time staying at this hotel and if I return to Hiroshima I will stay here again. Highly recommended.

We found the location really good for access to the castle and Memorial Park & museum which were all in walking distance. It was also only a short walk from the station which made arriving and leaving straightforward. The property was clean and the rooms were spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall staying here helped ensure we had a very enjoyable time in Hiroshima.

Excellent hotel, with spacious and very clean rooms. Wonderful surprise upon check in that there was a small sweet (strawberry jelly) awaiting in the fridge in the room on check in. Staff all friendly and breakfast buffet plentiful with lots of options.

What a wonderful hotel this is. When we first arrived, we were a bit skeptical as the hotel may look a bit dated, however, it is a wonderful property and one of the best hotels we’ve stayed on. We stayed in a room that had its own bath overlooking the mountains and I could not recommend that option enough. Being able to have a bath first thing in the morning as the sound raises, hearing the birds and looking out at the beautiful mountains is something I’ll remember forever. Our package included...
