"I enjoyed my stay at Jimmy's Suites. The room was clean and spacious, staff were friendly and helpful, location was good. However,there's a few things that could be improved:
- you can hear the noise from the street through closed windows
- there's glassware provided by no washing up liquid to wash them after use
- the iron has a European plug and no adapter is provided so I wasn't able to use it
- bathroom was clean but could do with a bit of tlc
- there was no hot water at times

"Not sure where to start. On arriving at the property. It was difficult to find our room key as the details were not sent to me. We had to make 3 calls before we were sent the code . When we got into the apartment. The room itself was a good size but very dirty. The bed side table looked like it hadnt been cleaned with coffee stains and spillages. The bed sheet had a shoe mark on it which meant someone was clearly standing on the bed with shoes on. The shared kitchen was big and living room...
