"Good property in Aktau with good rooms and helpful staff"

"The rooms and staff at this hotel are very good. Just be aware that breakfast is an additional charge. My main concern is that the hotel is not suitable for families with kids. The walls are very thin, and we were unfortunately subjected to loud, inappropriate adult noise from the adjacent room. The lack of privacy and soundproofing makes it unsuitable for children."

"I loved staying here in Aktau. The staff was so kind and the room was beautiful. Looking out at the sunset over the Caspian Sea on the balcony was one of the highlights of my trip. I needed a visa to Azerbaijan printed out and the front desk was happy to oblige. I think Aktau is a great place to visit and recommend more foreign tourists make it a priority. You will have a great time here and the people are so friendly and welcoming. Thank you "
