"The employees made the property fantastic. Two individuals Anna and Shaikh (I hope That I spelled his name correctly) Made this a feel at home stay. We had a miss-understanding with the taxi driver that took us from the cruise dock. They took it upon themselves to resolve the problem. Every time we came to the lobby they were cheerful and beyond helpful. I would not be afraid to recommend this property to anyone staying in Dubai"

"Front desk attendees was always very friendly and showed attention to my needs. Check in with Thirees was professional and friendly a very nice young lady. Check out with Afrur was friendly and professional. Building was always clean and smell fresh. Room nice and spacious and tastefully decorated i really enjoyed my stay. And firework show can be seen nightly."

"Service and customer service top marks "

"This property resembles a service apartment. It had everything I needed, including a mini kitchen equipped with plates, utensils, pots and pans. The best part was the in-room washing machine, which allowed me to do laundry without leaving the apartment. A drying rack was also provided, which I set up on the balcony. The hotel features a front desk that seems to operate 24 h. It's about a 10-min walk to the Sharaf DG station (Green Line station #5) and apparently a 25-30 min walk to the Old Soul...
