"The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. From the door staff to receptionists, cleaners and lifeguards. The service was excellent. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The pool and beach area was amazing and the kids enjoyed it so much. I would definitely recommend."

"Absolutely amazing waterpark — it’s huge, so even with plenty of visitors, the queues were never too long. The pools were lovely, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The rooms were also beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. Overall, a fantastic stay and a place we would happily return to!"

"I had a lovely stay at the Staybridges. It’s situated in an excellent location with the tram station a short walk away. My suite was fantastic with excellent sea views and the Katara towers. The suite itself was well equipped, spacious and well maintained. The staff from Honey, Birmila, Zow and especially Torikul the cricket fan who always came with a smile and left my suite spotless. All the breakfast staff were attentive along with security especially with deliveries but lovely to speak to! Would definitely stay here again! Many thanks for making it memorable stay."

"An Unforgettable Stay at Raffles Doha My mum, my sister, and I had the pleasure of staying at Raffles Doha for seven nights, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. They always greeted us with a smile and made both my family and me feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Our Urban Suite was absolutely stunning—very spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. It quickly felt like a home away from home. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a fantastic selection of high-quality food, and everything we tried was delicious. It was the perfect way to start each day. On our second night, there was a fire alarm while we were staying on the 11th floor. My mum has a very bad knee, so walking all the way down the stairs felt never-ending and was quite challenging for her. However, I was genuinely impressed by how professionally the hotel handled the situation. The manager and staff were calm, reassuring, and extremely attentive. They provided us with bottled water and escorted guests to the neighbouring Fairmont Doha, where we were able to rest comfortably until everything was confirmed to be safe. Their quick response and excellent customer service turned what could have been a stressful experience into one where we felt safe and well looked after.
