"This is a great hotel to stay at in Jerash. The host is very hospitable, when we arrived he personally guided us to the parking area at the of the hotel and lead us to the room. The room is very very spacious and clean, with a great view of the Jerash Roman Ruins. The free breakfast is definitely a plus, with delicious food and Arabic coffee. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay."

"Un excellent séjour au Hadrian's Gate Hotel qui se situe juste en face le site archéologique de Jerash. On peut tout faire à pied. Les chambres sont simples et très propres avec tout le confort nécessaire. Le vrai plus de ce séjour fut notre hôte très accueillant, d'une grande gentillesse et aux petits soins pour rendre notre séjour des plus agréables. Merci!! "

"I paid in full my reservation at the time of booking. When I got there the place had been shut down by the government, months earlier, as the neighbors let me know. Therefore, I obviously didn't receive the service I paid for. I had to find a last minute accommodation elsewhere. And, on top of that, Expedia tells me the manager refuses to reimburse my money. Unbelievable!"
