"The room was clean and comfortable. House keeping were so nice especially Suzanne. Reception was terrible, don’t have the basic of hospitality and how to be welcoming or of help with situations. In general, if you want to be around old down town and see the real Alexnadria, you can benefit from the location but rather than that, it is not the best place to enjoy a good, comfy and quiet stay. "

"Das ekelhafteste Frühstück meines gesamten Lebens - alles vom Vortag, eine Dauerbaustelle überall, Pool nicht benutzbar, Hygiene schrecklich, Gym war versprochen (nur eine zugemüllte Bude) für sowas Geld zu verlangen, ist respektlos!! Wie man diesen Aufenthalt entschädigen kann… Ja da bin ich sehr gespannt. Überall Katzen im gesamten Gebäude. Überall alles verstaubt. Eine absolute Katastrophe! "Staff hardly spoke English. Room was spacious and clean. The bathroom needed some upgrade. The shower had molds. The curtain had mold. The mirrors were very old to the point of faded away. No breakfast. No lobby. Check in area is like someone’s living room. Many pictures on hotels.com are misleading. But the location was good. Walkable to catacomb, coniche the citadel, st mark’s and Roman theater. "

"Needs some attention & money spent on this hotel to live up to expectations. Staff were excellent but the hotel is clearly badly managed. Breakfast was not efficient, partly due to unusually high volume of people. The ‘ manager ‘ strutted around watching the wait staff struggle . 1 poor man trying to cook eggs for way too many people. It was a long wait for my poor husband ! "

"Great ocean view and beautiful beaches surround. Location is near shops, restaurants & touristic destinations. Also accessible to Uber rides in and out no complications. You would find staffers are very attentive if you come here. Certainly Mustafa, Hisham, Abeer & Osama all communicate very well and good English speakers. Nothing has gone wrong in this short stay. I recommend. "

"The Nariman Hotel is very nice and recent. But many area on the complexe are closed or resteicted. It was very complicated to eat because of the ramadan"
