"We had a fantastic stay at Mughal Suites. Shadi and Diana checked us in and gave us a lovely suite. It was clean, the AC worked perfectly and we had a nice pool view. Diana called us to make sure everything was ok and let us know the name of the person who would be at the front desk after she left. "I have visited Rixos in 2022 and was so happy with everything. 3 Years later it was completely different story: the rooms were very basic, no robes, flat pillows, towels with small holes.
