A beautiful oasis, spectacular views and so peaceful. The houses are quite separate and require a buggy to get from room to room. It feels very private, and I loved having a pool in my room. Good massage at spa but the rook pool was closed.
It was beyond amazing all the staff very polite very friendly the room was inmaculate the food was great, Llhom from Uzbekistan was phenomenal and very attentive also the manager of room coordinator he’s from Mexico was outstanding great service great host!! Pools were heated and pit fire at night was awesome

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The only problem was card key. Finally they gave us metal key.
Also some water problem in bath room.
However, the whole design of this property is one of best in my life. Staff are so friendly
Pool which is main feature of this property was not working. They did inform me after I booked my stay. They also had made arrangements with Habitat but it was not the same. I was hoping they would some how compensate me for inconvenience but they did not. other than that a great property and great staff
Absolutely amazing stay. The resort itself is in a stunning location with an incredible backdrop
The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to sort anything that we needed
VERY EXPENSIVE!! This Hotel is very expensive, in my personal opinion, it is a regular 5 stars hotel, nothing special and the price are very high. I heard that there’s another hotel by the area with the same quality for the half of price.
We were able to spend four unforgettable days at the Banyan Tree Hotel in AlUla in mid-January. The whole hotel, the restaurants, the villas, the friendliness and that combined with the incomparable landscape of AlUla and Hegra is really worth a trip. And if there would be an Oscar for the best concierge in the world, no one else but Mustafa would deserve this Oscar. Thank you very much for these very, very impressive days in a very peaceful environment!
You don’t need to waste your money by staying at this hotel. The hotel itself is nice, but the staff are terrible. They are inattentive, and nothing you ask for is delivered on time. You have to constantly chase the staff just to get things done. It was a bad experience and I do not recommend it.
Banyan tree is an exceptional resort. Check-in was absolutely seamless. Staff are definitely courteous and attentive. Many of the rooms have their own private pool and we were upgraded to a double suite which was certainly appreciated. Our room was luxurious and incredibly spacious. We used our private pool every day and it was a wonderful option to have.
Unfortunately, the hotel did not advertise that their main pool was closed due to falling rocks from above. The pool will remain closed to guests until a permanent solution is found. That could take months. The hotel should warn its guests in advance that the main pool is closed since it is a main draw/attraction for this hotel.
The breakfast options were good though we felt the dinner options a bit limited.
Although spa treatments were relaxing, the spa facilities are also limited with no relaxation area, sauna or steam room option. Would strongly recommend the hotel consider adding these options in the future.
Overall, the resort was beautiful, the staff were excellent and we had it incredibly enjoyable time. Would strongly recommend this hotel to other travellers.
