The staff are all so incredibly welcoming and Tiago who picked us up from the station was so nice. The only thing that was less than we wanted was the laundry facility which was very small and didn't dry fast enough. But the staff again was very accommodating to our needs, so this really isn't a complaint. It's just a comment."
