"The motel staff was rude and kept my cash deposit of $50 . He was admitted about the cash deposit and during check out I wa more concerned about missing my uber than the deposit . It’s very loud at night"

"Bed was not at all good. I was able to feel the Mattress springs and had severe backache in the morning. Bathroom door wasn’t getting locked properly. Water from the sink was going very slow. Not recommending to anyone."

"Room was clean. Toilet bowl cover had to be moved in order to flush. There were abandoned cars and homeless people living in the parking lot. I had to leave my ID in exchange to use the iron and board - and I had to go get it and walk it back… super weird. The lobby was closed to guests, so just a walk up window from the parking lot. If staff is scared, makes me feel unsafe. The AC unit in the room was damaged, and the heater didn’t work - I was freezing. The phone was ripped out of the wall, so I couldn’t call the front desk. Also, they only provide a bar of soap - and I forgot shampoo. UGH "
