"There is a big construction of the main road in front of the hotel, which is not their fault but it should be mentioned somewhere. Not easy to access the hotel and the neighborhood."

"Our room was originally full of beetles, we got switched to a different room but it also had many beetles everywhere. They said it's the seasonal beetle but I would imagine a 5 star hotel can spray against them? They were just everywhere in the room. Also the room was not very well maintained.
The staff was very helpful I'll give them that. But other than that it's not really a 5 star hotel."
"Very helpful staff from the moment we walked in. Chilled wine and 2 glasses to welcome us into the room. We went half board and had a lovely buffet asian evening meal. Breakfast also excellent choice."
