"A beautiful hotel with very friendly staff that tried to help, but unfortunately we had a rather unpleasant stay because the air conditioning is not working. We had more than 30 degrees in the night which made it impossible to sleep for the whole family for three nights. They moved us to another room which didn’t work either, the same happened to other guests, and it was a known issue for the staff.
