No pool. Dirty place. We checked out the room and towels, immediately left and bought new towels and sheets. Place does not circulate air well and has a damp smell to it. Not a comfortable stay at all.
Everything was what I expected room was clean and the bed was comfortable I enjoyed my stay will return.

Staff person was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom is a little old and run-down, but serviceable. Some burn holes in the bedspread. All in all, quite comfortable!

Staff at checkin was very friendly, but room had broken furniture, an antique mattress, no towels or pillowcases. The buffet was less appealing than id imagine chow at Rikers. But aside from these items, the place was a solid 1.5 stars, but staff was great.
Small town I always heard it was a terrible place to stay. Of course, it was the only place to stay in this town. So the day came that my water was being worked on and I needed a hotel. I took a chance. I am very glad I did. It's not a terrible place. It's it's on par with just about every other place I've stayed. The front desk was very friendly. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The towels were okay, not the thin ones like some places. I was actually impressed. I would definitely stay here again.

The checkin gentleman was very nice, pleasant and professional. He had good customer service during check in and check out
However, the room had an odor- towels were dirty had not been change just flipped over to opposite side- top bedding was dirty and smell look like someone had recently been in/staying in room before I checked in- a roach was crawling on top of refrigerator and all amenities- tv clock phone were unplugged—

Had requested non smoking room. Staff was friendly. Room Was dirty, even had ash on floor of bathroom in supposed non smoking room. No other non smoking room was available and hotel owner operator stated i could receive a regund as i had to find abother accommodation. Stillworking with customer service on this.
The Econolodge in Cuthbert is one of the few hotels nearby. We choose it based location and availability.
Walking into my first-floor room seemed good at first, but the room had a few ugly things that appeared quickly. Mandatory items: the bed, the towels, the bathroom fixtures were clean. The traffic areas of the floor were ok, but edges were disgustingly dirty, like it was hastily vacuumed. I even found a pair of socks left by a previous guest.
The single staff person was moderately friendly in our quick check-in and outs. Breakfast was oatmeal packages, muffins and yogurt with coffee and juice.
The pool was unusable: Literal trash in the green water and slightly low water. It needed a sign saying out of order and the gate secured.
A deep cleaning and ozoning each room would take this hotel up a notch. Repair or fill in the pool.
The rooms aren’t the best but it’s worth the price. They are currently renovating all the rooms so hopefully next time that will be finished. I will be traveling to this area frequently to visit family and it is the only hotel in town so I will be staying here again.
They could not find my reservation. The property is under construction. The pool is drained. The keys did not work. The volume on the tv did not work. There was no hair dryer or trash can and the breakfast was not good.
