"I had a very good stay at the Hampton Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made for a relaxing experience. What stood out the most, however, was the staff. There was an outage during my stay, and the team did a wonderful job managing the situation. They remained professional, calm, and organized while working to get everyone into their rooms as quickly as possible. Their communication and commitment to guest service made a stressful situation much easier for everyone. I truly appreciate their efforts and would definitely stay here again."
