Location of the hotel was very close to the metro network and bus lines which made Valencia central area’s easily accessible. Room was pleasantly spacious. Staff members were always welcoming and helpful & luggage storage was very useful on arrival day.

The room was ok, nothing special. I thought it was dirty in areas especially in the bathroom and sheets on the bed. The pool was small and needs to be reserved in advance which I found odd. The breakfast was nice plenty of options and food wasn’t too bad.

The hotel exceeded my expectation I was with infant by myself we loved pool for babies. Gym was not only for hotel guests and I didn’t like it and I couldn’t go there with baby. I really liked our room , the bed was huge and comfortable. The breakfast was disappointing eggs were mushy , pastries was dry

Was staying here with a colleague on a business visit to Valencia with a couple of days cycling tagged on. Nice enough hotel, convenient for the metro and cycleways - the hotel has a cycle room with some tools and a workstand. Buffet breakfast and evening meal have a wide and varied selection available, all well cooked and presented.

Hotel was overall good, would not say it is 4 star hotel, it’s more 3 star. Staff were friendly, however one morning a staff member did walk into our room while we were sleeping around 9am. The food was not great, we ended up eating out for breakfast and dinner. The spa was excellent.

Not the worst but far from good enough.

The best thing about this hotel was the room air conditioning & power from the shower, the shower that had no curtain, screen to prevent the water going all over the floor & causing me to slip when getting out even though we had put towels down, it was awful. The breakfast was a good selection but the hot Buffett was cold! The bed linen absolutely stank of damp, there was no cupboards to put clothes away. The vicinity was good, only a short metro ride into the city so quiet in the evenings apart from some noisy guests which the hotel can’t be held responsible. Some of the waitresses were excellent at breakfast, my partner has a strict diet so they did what they could to accommodate. If you’re planning more than two nights stay I wouldn’t suggest this hotel.

The hotel is well located as you have a bus and metro connection to the city center in a 2 minute walking distance as well as a supermarket in case you need anything. There are free parking spots in front of the hotel and if you are lucky enough you will catch one. Otherwise you can still park in the paid hotel garage. The room itself looked nice and modern, but the bed was not very comfortable. The matress was rather hard and gave you the feeling like you can sence the springs in it. The pillows were so flat that they were almost non existent. Tha bathroom faucets (sink & shower/tub) were rather rusty and should be properly cleaned or better replaced. The shower/tub and it's wall is build in a bad way causing the water during shower spreading all over the floor. All in all the hotel was offered at a great/cheap price and for that price we were happy with what we got. But if you stay here longer than 2-3 nights and/or trust the pictures expecting a 4star high standard/wellness type of hotel, you should rather look for something else. The hotel seems like its 4 star standard has been outdated since 20 years.

It would be good to have a kettle, tea cups and complimentary tea and coffee in each room. Our just a kettle and cups. Restaurant is not also open so would be good to make a hot drink in your own room when you want. Most basic hotels in the UK have this.
