Property is well maintained in the communal grounds area Staff are polite and helpful Reception area clean.
3 bed superior apartment nicely decorated and clean on arrival, however the bedrooms could benefit from a thorough clean to remove dust. Also ,however some appliance's microwave and toaster , smoke alarms did not work so had to be replaced , when the reception was alerted about this problem Maintainance people arrived immediately to the property. Problems with linen, brown blankets in wardrobe need to be cleaned as they are filled with dust mites and are not usable. Some linen have soiled stains also so need to be replaced and cleaned. Issues with the apartment configuration as bedrooms are downstairs and kitchen is upstairs. This makes it difficult for people with mobility problems as the stairs do not have railings and this makes it difficult to go up and down the stairs , However once upstairs the decor , amenities are very nice and there is a large balcony with a dining table outside . Also a dining table for 6 people inside and lots of cutlery, pots and pans. Also beware of the electrical problem , the electricity will trip and cut off if there are too many appliances being used. So when cooking , turn off the lights upstairs and downstairs. Apartment was very cold and had to use the AC heater in all rooms, all ACs work very well. Apartment has a washer dryer which is very helpfully. All bedrooms at the back had patios with tables and chairs which was a bonus.
