The property is currently under renovations but in its current state its out dated. But new looking coming. The room was nice, the beds alright. The door was kinda a issue. But no problem. The hotel is budget friendly for a quick stay or pit stop. Pool is big and the hot tub on the smaller side but nice.

The best thing about this hotel was the location to balloon fiesta park. The hotel was dingy with dirty worn out carpet on the stairs. They have no vending machines in the hotel and the surrounding area was dirty. I don’t think we would choose a quality inn for our next stay
