"We arrived at the B&B, La Dimora Di Segesta, after having to make a last minute booking because we were left without a place to stay due to the B&B booked months ago was closed. Roberto was so helpful and soon arrived at the B&B after we called him to tell him the situation we were in. After using his WiFi to sort out the bookings he showed us the room, which was very clean, tidy and in excellent condition. This is a very basic property, lacking many amenities you’d expect in a 3* star rated property (e.g. tea making facilities in the room) and maintained with little attention to detail.
