"Not the cleanest room but staff was able to let us check in early which was nice. Wouldn’t pay extra for a window unless you choose the room bc we got a view of the building next door. Ac shuts off when you leave so every time you get back the room is hot and stuffy"

"I chose this hotel for its central location within 6 minutes of Holborn's Underground station. Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Covent Garden and Oxford St. are easily walkable from the hotel. I especially liked the daily breakfast (GBP 13.95) with fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, baked goodies, juices and prepared foods (my favorite was the ham and cheese omelette). "Wir sind mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Es war alles sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der einzige Nachteil waren die vielen schmalen Treppen bis zu unserem Zimmer, da ich Probleme mit meinem Knie habe. Das Personal wusste dies jedoch vorher nicht. Ansonsten wäre es bestimmt möglich gewesen, ein Zimmer in einer der unteren Etagen zu bekommen. Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Es liegt etwas außerhalb, ist aber...

"Excellent hotel. Quiet most of the time. One night there was a very drunk neighbouring room. Not the hotels fault. Great location. Some wonderful low price restaurants. Would definitely stay again"

"Management did not respond to us after a night where we were woken up by other guests; we made reasonable inquiries and as soon as the topic turned to a partial refund, communication ceased. The room was well air-conditioned, which is nice for London. As well the main lobby is quite posh."
