"Comfortable beds, but desperately in need of updating, cleaning and general maintenance. To be fair, management told me they are under new ownership and working on updating, but I saw no evidence of this. And weed control and trash pickup should be easy. "
"I had a good stay at Quality inn & Suites in McAlester Ok. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful. Check-in was quick and location was convenient with easy parking.
I was in town to visit lake Eufaula, and the hotel was a great place to stay while exploring the area. Overall, a pleasant and affordable stay."
"I am not sure who wrote all these 10/10 reviews but they are not truthful. The beds were spring beds and felt about 20 years old. The sheets were brown and everything had a funky smell. We left and got a room elsewhere. Very disappointed. I will say the staff was very nice."
"This hotel is not suitable for anyone to stay in. It is a serious health hazard. The bed sheets appeared to have been used multiple times without being changed—the smell was very noticeable. The floors were sticky, and overall the place felt extremely unsanitary.
The person at the front desk was friendly, but he seemed to be under the influence of something and did not appear completely coherent. The floors were filthy, and the bathrooms and beds were covered with hair. This hotel isn’t just dirty—it’s truly disgusting. Sleeping in those beds could easily lead to skin infections, and there’s a high chance you could bring bed bugs home with you.
The front desk clerk did try to help by moving us to another room, but it was actually worse than the first one. There were even what appeared to be heroin residue on the sink.
Do not stay here with your family. It’s simply not worth the risk. We arrived around 2:30 a.m. and left about an hour later."
"Very well kept outside appearance. The snack and drink at the front was awesome. Easy check-in and check-out. The free breakfast was top notch. Plenty of food available. The eating area was immaculate. "
"Easy parking. Walkable fast food. Good dining options in a short drivr. The Krebs area offerrs some fine Italian food. Very good Mexican food optons as well as geneal American food. Breakfast typical to most other chains. Nice rooms and courteous staff. Large lake in the area. "
