"First stay in the Crown Plaza in Stratford upon avon but we try to go two or three times a year,and have stayed in quite a few different Hotels, but the Crown Plaza is my favourite,it's a beautiful Hotel,the room was lovely and the staff are wonderful friendly and so helpful,the place is spotless and the garden overlooking the river is so nice to sit and have a meal and drinks,can't wait to hopefully go again before too long."

"Unfortunately the condition of the property doesn’t match the quality you expect from Holiday Inn. Even for an express property the rooms were small, in need of redecorating and a deep clean. Thankfully we were staying for only one night. Staff are friendly and apologetic about the condition but surely the chain could do better. Parking validated for £5.50 for 24hrs. Breakfast good. Next to property there’s EV charging points."

"Room was so dirty, spiderwebs coming from the lights. Carpets were filthy so were the walls. Lamp looked like it was covered in sick, shower had dirt and mould in it. Bathroom mirror was filthy. Hair over back of the toilet and in the bath."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel situated in the middle of Stratford upon Avon literally a minute walk to Shakespeare’s birth place home. The staff are so helpful and nice. We arrived late yet still able to grab dinner in the restaurant at 9pm. The food here is outstanding. Breakfast included also on point. Truly we didn’t have anything negative to say about our stay. "

"Great hotel, good location, clean, excellent and attentive staff. Hotel room spacious and had everything we needed. Bed was comfy. Would stay again. Noting the car parking is £22.50 until about 1.30pm the next day, not 24 hours from arrival."

"Booked the stay last minute for the Jazz Festival,and so glad we chose Malmaison. Alex at the front desk was fantastic,friendly and very welcoming and we were also able to park in the underground garage. We stayed in a Club deluxe room which was amazing,overall couldn’t fault anything,this hotel will now be our go to hotel in Cheltenham."
