We never met anyone in person, but it was fine because we received quick and detailed responses to any questions we had. "We stayed for two nights at this property and it is very close to the train station but a slightly longer walk to the town cente (around 30min). The room is modest, but has everything you need for a short stay. The in house restaurant was excellent. The hotel is packed with amenities including chill out areas, a great gym, and pool. Would stay here again next time we are in Bologna."
