"Overall decent stay. Unfortunately our shower leaked all over the bathroom floor during each use and the issue was never fixed or addressed properly. Nothing towels can’t fix. Stains on most of the linens but not unheard of for these types of properties. Room service must be requested before 11:00 AM but if you request it at 10:52 you are denied, told that it must be requested before 11:00. The location was good and it was nice to be slightly tucked away from the street. On site staff were friendly. AC worked great. Lots of things near by within reasonable walking distance. For the room itself, one of those you get what you pay for situations. "

"While I would stay here again, it's not my top choice The staff were friendly when I spoke to them, but we werent told about any of the offerings (like a band to let us into a local gym), the pool was dirty at the bottom and the spa was a hot tub with no heat then the jets broke. Our room was decent, but the tech is outdated/very well used so it didn't work great - the AC only kept about half of the room cool. The bathroom had a bunch of hair left from I assume the previous guests in the shower, but the bedding and towels were clean Sounds from the highway definitely come in, especially if you have any windows open - you are RIGHT off the highway. But I knew that going in, so that wasn't a surprise. I will say it was nice to get to choose which floor we were on and checking out was super easy~ Breakfast is standard fare, my partner was pretty pleased with the amount of protein offered. Plus there's a water cooler by the coffee so you can keep your water bottles full~"

"Clean, safe area, friendly staff. Fatal flaw: sliding glass doors that open to the ground below. No balcony- just a straight drop down. Add a latch that was difficult to lock, and I wouldn't choose this hotel again. I would never stay here with young kids. It was a cross between high end as well. Instead of continental breakfast, there was a restaurant. I also had to pay for parking for every day we stayed. And the beds were full size, not queen. I'd try another hotel if i came to this area again. "

"The room was neat and decent. The beds were spacious enough for 2 persons. However, the hotel does not have elevator so if your room is on the 2nd floor, bringing up heavy luggages will be a challenge. "

"Our room was spacious and handicap accessible. My husband and I had a comfortable night. We only had 3 pillows for a king size bed. Suggest to have 4 pillows. "

"Clean room, clean shower!! Soft bed. Good air flow. It’s an old building with character. It was quiet and perfect for what we needed. If you have kids with you I would recommend a bigger place. The stairs were crazy steep/tall but also I kind of loved them. Nice neighborhood, quiet with lots of food options. Really great for the price. "
