I have stayed at Address in other destinations. This one in North Coast Egypt neither disappointed nor compromised on the quality I came to expect. Everything was impeccable. The hotel is gorgeous. The beach is stunning. The pool is beautiful. All of the staff is super helpful and go out of their way to attend to your every need and want. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and delicious. Now, there was one thing that really did put a damper on our stay: we booked two rooms and they had to be connected. The kids room smelled like cigarettes. It was very off putting. Now the staff really tried hard to mitigate the smell. I do give them credit, especially Mr. Atef. He really did work as hard as possible to make it go away. It just didn’t ever go away. My wife and I sacrificed and stayed in that room ourselves. I really feel we should have been given an upgraded room that would have accommodated all of us or at least a discount on our stay. Neither was given. This makes me sad because it will be a slight stain on an otherwise amazing experience. Now would I come back here? 1000%. I sincerely pray and hope a similar situation does not arise again.

New property. Nice facility. A few pointers about the property. The pillows were vert smelly. When I asked they said they were ostrich feather pillows. The staff asked for my feedback way too many times. Even before I arrived they were calling me asking for my feedback. It’s nice to take feedback. But annoying when it’s excessive.
