Where did you last dine, where the restaurant waiters wore black tie with white gloves and your main course was delivered under a cloche. And where chamber maids were dressed in black and white outfits . The hotel service is excellent, restaurant superb and the rooms spacious and clean. You’ll never forget your stay at Le Metropole. "

"Our suite wasn’t cleaned once during our stay, only once did someone try and we told them to come back but they didn’t.So no towels no water replenished.Also no breakfast included in our booking which was a surprise to us."

"My first time ever to stay at a Four Seasons and I was very disappointed that I didn’t know all pools and beach access was closed due to winter — which was not cold at all and we would have wanted to still enjoy the beach. Breakfast was amazing and beds and pillows and sheets were fantastic!! Staff is formal but nice and will answer all questions. "

"Amazing experience at Hilton Green Plaza! The location is super convenient inside the mall, the rooms are spotless and cozy, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the whole stay felt relaxing and comfortable. I’ll definitely come back next time I visit Alexandria!"
