Room may have been cleaned some years ago. Noise from the street into the room as the building needs a big upgrade. The water does not go through the sweag in the shower. The shower was broken. Dust and dirt all over the place, inside the room and outside. Staff were friendly.

It is the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. In fact I found other hotels in the same area with the same rate but much much better in service, facilities, cleaning and all other issues but unfortunately I have been deceived by the posted pictures of this hotel that were not true. This may explains why this booking was none-cancable none-refundable.

Freezing hotel

The hotel was extremely cold, freezing. The internet conection was too slow and bad. Some parts of the hotel were dirty and unclean. Not recommended at all.

The staff is very unprofessional and rude we made the reservation in this hotel because it was near my brother’s exam and when we asked for a late checkout they said it is not possible and the room is already booked, however when some circumstances happened we had to extend for 2 days so we went to the reception to ask for extension even if they will change the room but they refused and said there are no rooms available and all are sold out so we checked expedia and found availability and made the booking in the same hotel so they changed the room which was very poor and when tried to change the room they said you are registered in that room and we are not allowed to change it also whatever we ask for either not available no one is answering The staff is very rude and unhelpful by any means and does not know how to treat a guest who is paying for his stay and they are not paying us anything
