"We loved this property! Very welcoming; owners were so kind and communicative. The only reason it wasn’t a full 5 stars is because the AC wasn’t working, and we stayed during a heatwave! Luckily there were window units upstairs! "

"Older place that I would stay again but it has pros and cons. Not the cleanest and needs some TLC. Downstairs area not cooled well. Nice kitchen and TV package. Convenience to a Target, 5 Guys, Chipotle, Cava and &pizza, all a 2 minute walk. Metro station is a 10 minute walk which allowed us to skip rental car but that does wear on you at end of week if you are walking a bunch in DC. Nice futon style couch to bed and washer/dryer on site. "

"Who ever took the pictures of the place did a really good job on catfishing us. The place is tiny, very tiny. And it’s a town house in the middle of other weird people that will make you uncomfortable by just standing in their porch all day. The lower level or basement had traps set for mice but it caught the scariest large roaches I’ve seen in my life. The pool table doesn’t work, all the balls slide to one side. I wouldn’t pay a penny over 100 per night for this place. Btw we fixed a lot for...
