"Excellent rooftop pool with nice decked area and great city views. Spacious room with very comfy bed and well appointed bathroom. Slight road noise (we were on 4th floor). Housekeeping average - coffee/milk not always replenished, towels missed, toiletries not topped up - minor but only slight negative. Reception staff very helpful and courteous. Nice modern hotel with many positive attributes, I would definitely recommend."

"The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, very close to the city center of Seville and within walking distance of all the main sightseeing attractions. The room was very clean, well maintained, and a good size. Everything was comfortable and in great condition. The gentleman at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. He showed us the map, recommended places to visit, and shared useful local tips, which helped us a lot. Thank you! I only wish we could have stayed longer. Seville is a beautiful city, and this is a wonderful hotel to enjoy it from."

"I enjoyed my stay. The room was larger than expected and well appointed. The breakfast area was very good and it was possible to eat both in the restaurant or in the atrium. Food was very good, very well presented and plentiful. I used the bar and it was no over priced and comfortable. Tv was on for football but it was not intrusive. The hotel had a shuttle bus to the Fiera which was excellent. When I went into town then it meant buses and this was not a short journey. I had moved hotel because of extending my stay and a ten min walk into town was a contrast to the location of this hotel. Beware. The bus service was ok and the tourist info kiosk inside the hotel was able to sort and forewarn. Not sure if this was a permanent presence or just for the fiesta. Staff always there and friendly as well as effective/knowledgeable. Lifts! Seemed to take ages to ascend and return. Beware and don't be in a hurry. Building does look a little poor and dated from outside. I did wonder if I was going down market but the interior and staff made me forget my first impression. Same goes for bare concrete around stairwells. Odd. The area around the hotel was residential and safe. Bus stop about 600 metres away."
