"Room smelled like smoke when we first arrived. It wasn't suffocating so I didn't have to change rooms. Front desk lady did her best to get us in a room because they canceled our previous room. I was under the impression we wouldn't be charged until we checked in , but she explained they do a pre authorization before we arrive. Guess what my card was locked. I appreciate her so much. We didn't get to eat breakfast because they start at 6am but that bacon smell was music to my nose. Beds were comfortable and would definitely return. "

"The room was clean and well-stocked. Every employee was friendly and helpful. Only one gripe. The front desk was very slow in checking people in. I think it's their system. "

"I wanted to share my recent experience staying at the Reverb hotel by Hard Rock. I must say, it's a fantastic place to stay! My room had an incredible view facing the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, which was quite a sight to behold. Additionally, the hotel's location is super convenient, being within walking distance to the Georgia World Congress Center. One thing to note about staying downtown is the busy noise—you can hear sirens most of the time. However, despite that, my overall stay at Reverb by Hard Rock was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend it if you're planning a visit to the area."

"Clean rooms and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We were flying out of Atlanta in the early hours. Asked the shuttle driver for a ride to the airport. He said they only do domestic shuttles. But drove us to international anyway. I think he knew we were stressed out. Great staff"
