"L’appartamento era pulito e dotato di ogni comfort (domotica, filodiffusione, ecc.). Gli spazi erano ben organizzati e le camere sempre in ordine. All’arrivo ci è stato fornito un pratico kit per la cucina (sapone per i piatti, detersivo per lavastoviglie, spugna, ecc.). "La chambre était très confortable et bien passé pour ce que nous souhaitons faire à Valence. Nous étions au dernier étage avec une belle vue dégagé. Le petit point négatif et qu'on entend assez bien les autres appartements autour de nous."

"It's in an excellent location, and the room is spacious and modern. Bed is comfortable. The only negative is that it's a "non-contact" hotel, so no live reception, and you have to rely on electronic communications. It worked out fine though."

Lo que no ha gustado no tiene que ver con arena 20 sino con la forma de construir y diseñar, por ejemplo hay pequeñas corrientes que al no haber puertas no se atenúan, la calefacción (en febrero) se ha necesitado pero es bomba de calor con el aire acondicionado, de difícil regulación y distribución del calor, y el aislamiento acústico no es de lo mejor. La gestión es satisfactoria, al tener problema responden rápido y amable. El agua caliente tras varias...

"Quite a few restaurants are very close to the apartments, including good breakfast cafes and bakeries. Our favourites were the Japanese restaurant across the street (Sowu) and two breakfast places (Tinobu and La Pequeña Pastelería de Mamá)."

"Location was close to the beach, but more private and secluded. Not a very lively area, but found a few eating establishments within walking distance. Overall the unit is nice and modern, large enough to be comfortable for a family of 4. Sofa bed is a bit lumpy and we had some issues with the cleanliness of pillows and bed sheets, but the issue was quickly resolved. Communication with the staff was easy and we received quick responses. "

"Es war ein sehr schönes, kleines Appartement. Das Beistellsofa war ein wenig durchgelegen und die Wände im Haus waren Recht dünn, womit man doch ein wenig die Nachbarschaft mitbekommen hat. Ansonsten war es eine Recht schöne und ruhige Gegend. Nur ca. 5-10min zum Strand."
