"Excellent location! Staff helpful. Would have appreciated the room being swept/vacuumed and dusted daily as there is a lot of sand coming in especially after a day at the beach. We spent 5 nights; sheets should have been changed after 3. Door to the room needs to be redone, needed a towel in front of the door to help with noise and light."

"Room was exceptionally small. Poor privacy-we could hear the guests in the room next to us. No hot water in the shower-guess if you like waking up with frigid water then you’re in luck! The only friendly people were our waiter and barista. Front desk person was very rude and the hostess at the restaurant clearly hates her job! We vacation to Charleston usually twice per year-first time staying at this hotel. Convenience to everything downtown is great, but wish the hotel stay would have been nicer."

"Ideal location for walking to points of interest around Charleston. Most importantly accommodations were very clean, room was spacious and staff helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel in Charleston especially if they don’t have a car."

"So i enjoyed the property and my kids had a blast in the heated pool and cabana! The food was delicious and made timely. The hotel room is a lil snug but it was so pretty and danity. I did not like having to pay $3 to dry our swim wear due to the price of the hotel for the weekend, kinda feel drying items should be free. I did have to check my bill because i was charged for breakfast the morning of my check-in and i didnt check in until after 3. They did fix the error but i had to point it out ..but things happen overall i would stay again but i probably wont charge things to my room because they did charge me $10 for not closing out my tab after i was told by staff i could leave without closing my tab bc its charged to the room already anywho i would stay again just now i know what to look out for."

"Commode made noise all night. No hot water for shower. No makeup mirror in room. No hairdryer. No hower soap dispenser. Only shampoo and conditioner. Property manager sent someone to repair commode. It still made the noise on both nights. I gave them a 5 rating because I thought repairs could be made"

"The furniture piece that held the TV and fridge were severely broken. I got literally locked in the bathroom. My son had to go get a worker to come let me out. The doorknob and lock were broken. The water took an extremely long time to drain in the shower and would fill up during shower. "

"Wonderful location, very convenient to the connector to travel over to IOP & very convenient to shops in Mt. Pleasant & downtown Charleston. The amenities were stellar & I particularly loved the Bluetooth compatibility to play my favorite playlists in surround sound. Will most definitely patronize this property again when I’m in the area!"
