"I like what what the room offered, but they need to update the room & what was broken need to be fixed. I had to switch rooms twice because of broken tiles and wooden trims on floor. They also need to be more understanding with their guests especially if misunderstandings happen where you are not doing anything wrong and they assume not even coming down first to ask you about whatever it is they feel they are seeing in a negative way⁰ when really nothing is going on at all.
