"The staff are amazing. Every single one of them. They are so helpful and always smiling. Best hotel staff I've encountered. Even at night, my hotel room was changed when the air con stopped working. The only cons are, the smart TV could not connect to the internet but I barely used it and the shower needs to be updated and taken better care of."

"Love our stay here! Its very new or recently renovated. Very comfortable with everything you need. The service was great and the food was delicious. I really enjoyed my time relaxing on the furnished balcony with city views. Highly recommended especially if you are coming from abroad "

"The room was in very good condition, clean and tidy, especially the shower facilities which I am always looking out for. The staff were very helpful and consistently offered me the options to purchase food. The only downside was the fact that the hotel only had four TV Channels, so I had to use my iPad to watch programmes."

"Staff were rude - lots of them milling about but not very forthcoming to help. Room was nice as long as you did not look too much! Shower was coming loose off the wall. Not much choice of TV stations. Conference facilities were appalling. The AV system was of very poor quality - only hand held microphones that were very poor, cutting out all the time and sound quality terrible. Screens also need an update. "

"I was denied access to check in on the night i arrived at the hotel the staff at reception does not have any training, they dont have a computer to access the websites to confirm my booking even when i was showing them my confirmation email from Expedia, they denied me access to an hotel i paid a month earlier for 6 nights after long flight from London to Lagos i have not experienced anything worse than the humiliation and the maltreatment i got on Saturday 4th October. "
