"Staff were amazing and accommodating. We had booked a family room and had asked for no bunkbeds due to medical reasons, unfortunately that’s all that was left on our arrival. My daughter left her beloved teddy and the cleaners found it and kept it at reception for us."

"The room itself was fine; clean and comfortable, but nothing special. Location was great if you want to go to Wookey Hole Cave. My big complaint was the breakfast.
