"It was very clean and spacious. The shower was great! We didn’t use the kitchen amenities but it would have been very useful if needed. The noise from the rooms above were loud but fortunately they went to bed earlier than us. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were “fat”… we prefer thinner pillows but just a preference. Otherwise, all else was great and a beautiful location."

"This is a gorgeous boutique accommodation. It's full of charm and positive vibe. Our room was spacious and delightfully decorated. The cutest kitchenette made breakfast-making a breeze. Valerie is wonderful and extremely friendly. This will now be our go to place in beautiful Vermont. Highly Highly recommended."

"Historical manor house that has been converted to a boutique hotel. Some of the room's furnishings and fixtures could be updated and upgraded in quality while keeping to the historical sense. The room and common areas feel a bit basic when the actual building holds a lot of history and character. It wouldn't take much to take this hotel from good to excellent- to start: greater intentionality in selecting period appropriate art and furniture, and creating a lounge space for guests in common areas (with sofas or conversational chairs instead of breakfast tables) would improve the guest experience. Room was clean and the breakfast, though also basic, was good. Excellent location in town with the downtown walkable. Good value for money (as everything is expensive in this part of the world it seems). No amenities to speak of. Parking on site was easy."
