"No mention of construction that was right up against my window before I booked. Unacceptable- I was woken at 6 am the day I had a job interview which I had travelled from Quebec for! Excessive noise from fridge compressor prevented me from falling asleep- decided to shut the fridge off so I could sleep. Naturally, my food items were not cold in the morning.
I was leaving after the first night due to these circumstances, and told they wouldn’t refund me for the second night. Terrible customer...

"Room was clean and staff was nice. One elevator was out of service and I found myself waiting on avarage 5 minutes for the other one and it was not running smoothly. When I booked they claimed to give a free upgraded congenital breakfast but there was only toast. May stay again but there’s better for sure."
