Our family wasn't able to stay at the hotel due to them overbooking. We were not informed until we arrived and it was very hard to find another hotel with availibility!!

When I checked in, she passed my key across the desk after getting my card and drivers license. I did not receive any directions on where the elevators were located, hours for breakfast, best place to park etc…. The room was clean. It had all the amenities that I needed.
