Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I booked this apartment a week in advance, but on the day of check-in, at around 5 pm, I was suddenly told that they were overbooked and that my apartment was no longer available. The worst part is that I was the one who contacted them asking for check-in instructions. If I hadn’t messaged them, I don’t know when they would have informed me that I had no accommodation for that night. They offered an alternative apartment, but it was around one hour away from the city, which was completely different from the location I had originally booked. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress at the last minute. Communication and organisation were extremely poor. Be very careful when booking with this apartment company, as having a confirmed reservation clearly did not guarantee that the apartment would actually be available. Unfortunately, a very bad experience and I would not book with them again.

일단 숙소의 위치와 크기는 너무 맘에 들었습니다. 다만 체크인하기가 너무 어렵습니다. 숙소는 13층인데 엘베가 12층까지 밖에 없어서 당황스러웠습니다. 꼭 사전에 집주인과 연락해 엘베키를 전달 받아서 키를 찍어야 13층 갑니다.주인과 연락하기가 너무 힘들었구요. 밤11시경 체크인을 했는데 청소를 하고 계시더라구요.숙소 청결 상태기ㅣ 너무 별로입니다. 위치 별5개 수소가격대비크기.별5개 나머지는 별1개입니다.
