El lugar es muy acogedor, cómodo y perfecto para descansar y disfrutar del ambiente del Valle de Guadalupe. El servicio fue excelente, todo el staff fue increíblemente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos con lo que necesitábamos. Se nota que cuidan cada detalle para que la estancia sea especial. "The location is nice for what it is but not really worth the price. The place is too rustic and run down. I book for three people. They gave us a queen bed room with a broken futon. The first one was literally broken, the metals were on the literal floor. I requested a new room the minute I got there- however I was ignored by the property manager and the owner. The following morning my concerned was address and a new room was provided. Same kind of room, queen bed and an another broken futon....

"Staff wasn’t really helpful. Nothing was clear. Pool and jacuzzi were dirty. Rooms weren’t noose approved, you could hear everything from your neighbors. Continental breakfast was really limited. Unable to est or bring outsifr food and drinks to the pool area."
