"Buena estancia, estaria perfecto si me hubieran ayudado con informacion de como enviar un paquete con una ropa olvidada en la habitacion, al ser de Mexico no conozco las reglas y tuve que buscar por mi cuenta el servicio de paqueteria, a manera de consejo le sugiero tener un poco de empatia al huesped, ..."
