"Clean room"

"The hotel had a power outage on July 11 from 3pm and the power came back on July 12 at 11am. They had one generator that kept the front desk running and the hall lights. All rooms were without power, no food service during those times. I am.a hilton honors member and even though I utilized a third party they only tried to give me 30,000 points which is NOT equivalent to.one night stay at that same hotel. They said they will reimburse and they did not. Eventually the one generator stopped working...

"Hotel was nice. Only issues were we went to our room but room key did not work. Had to go back to lobby and found that we were given the wrong room key. Bathroom door was difficult to close fully, kept getting stuck while rubbing on the floor."

"We got there a was only one staff to assist 4 people at the line. When we got to the room bad smell in the room like dirty carpet. There was someone like banging on the wall. There was only one towel for two people we ask for towels they tell us to go get some more, when my son went to get it they didn’t had any, the person said the just put towel to the washer. When we was ready to leave all the housekeepers was line up at the elevator and no one moving to let us to go to check out we had to go...

"Everything was nice and clean! The staff was amazing!!! I love how I received check ins via text messages and all my questions were answered promptly!! Miss Tenisha at the front desk is hilarious ! She reminded me that I'm here to relax and I better not lift a hand to do anything else lol This was my first time staying at a hotel with my children and we all truly enjoyed ourselves! "Was only one night so did not use any amenities. Clean room, fresh sheets, friendly staff, warm cookie upon arrival. Would recommend!"

"The property was located in a good spot, but it appears run down overall and the staff weren’t overly helpful. The elevator didn’t work the first day we were there, so we had to drag our luggage up 4 flights of stairs."

"It's very basic and bare bones. My bed and bathroom was clean and the staff were helpful & friendly. Many cosmetic issues. Ceiling sprinkler not attached to the ceiling, cracks everywhere, and countless markings on the walls. The worst was the entire wall was a mirror over the bed and the 'wood' portion was NOT cleaned. So you saw every single hand print on the wood over the bed and mirror. That was not pleasant."

"The staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was clean. They provided a variety of breakfast options. Unfortunately, the exercise room was unavailable; however, they offered the use at Residence Inn, right next door. Overall a pleasant stay."
