I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel , which I had booked and fully paid for through Expedia. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I encountered multiple issues during my stay that I believe require your attention. 1. Repeated Tax Payment Request Upon my arrival after a long 10-hour drive from Phuket, the front desk employee insisted that I pay taxes again, despite my showing clear proof of confirmation and full payment, including all fees and taxes, made through Expedia. This unnecessary insistence was highly inconvenient and frustrating. Even during checkout, a different employee again asked for proof of tax payment. This lack of coordination and communication among staff is unacceptable. 2. Poor Breakfast Quality The breakfast provided was extremely disappointing, with very few options available. This fell far short of the standard I expected from your establishment and did not justify the price of the stay. These issues significantly marred my experience, and I would not recommend your hotel based on this visit. I urge you to address these concerns to ensure other guests do not face the same challenges.
