"My stay at the hotel was overall okay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful whenever I had questions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, which made things convenient.
That said, there are a couple of small improvements that could make the experience better. Having a microwave in the room would be really helpful, especially for guests staying multiple nights or bringing back leftovers. An iron would also be a useful addition for those who need to...

"The staff were helpful. There was a problem with the shower...the water was very hot and could not be adjusted. I had to have someone come to adjust the water. The water was also slow to drain while showering. They did offer to change the room.
