"We notified them in advance that we had pets because I wanted to make sure they were allowed in the suite, I was told yes and that it was $15/night/pet. Then, we arrive to check in and I'm asked again if I have pets and I repeat I have 3 and then I was told they aren't usually allowed in the suites, ..."
