"No air conditioning"

"We had high hopes based on the reviews we saw prior to booking this hotel. When you don’t look closely, the rooms look super cute and nice. And they were, but unfortunately our suite was very dirty. The floors were so dirty that my white socks were completely black right after putting them on. And the towels looked really worn out and stained. "Apartment was cozy and clean. Customer service was very responsive via text. Parking lot and garage had availability even on a holiday weekend. Plenty of food options nearby as well as a Safeway if you just wanted to cook in the apartment."
